Sua does what he says he will do. Go ahead and ask another mortgage broker if you can use a commercial loan to purchase a residential property. They will say it is not possible. Then Sua just gets it done.

Not just financing, he offered more tips to do due diligence of a commercial purchase and refinance. I would recommend him if you are looking to learn more of Commercial Financing. I had taken Sua's Commercial Financing class, and the deals I've been able to close have more than paid for the fees I had paid for the class. Aside from the knowledge that he shared during class, he continued to be a resourceful support to assist me in my business. This on-going support is far more valuable than the class time itself.I recommend any brokers that are unfamiliar with commercial financing start with Sua's organized curriculum.
